We were part of Olympic History!
An overwhelming number of students and staff from CHS volunteered at the Olympic Torch Relay in Coalhurst on Sunday, January 17. Enthusiastic students assisted with face painting, serving hot chocolate and hotdogs, setting up for activities and recording the day with photos and video. The band played “O Canada” as the torch entered Coalhurst Elementary School. It was great to see the Olympic spirit come alive in our small town. Thanks to all the volunteers, this was a successful and memorable event.
