A new year - a new running goal - September 11 is the day of my first 50km Ultra Run. I am both nervous and excited about reaching a new mile stone in my running career. I'm guessing nervous and excited may be a few words that come to mine if you are new to Coalhurst High School this year. To all of my students this year, new and returning, set the bar high - you are full of potential. Never let your circumstances tell you that you cannot reach your goals. I hope the 2010-2011 school year is one of achieving goals - little steps towards your dreams. Welcome back!
